Meeting Booker

Meeting Booker is a scheduling assistant for advisors and mentors associated with business incubators. It facilitates diary management and workflows to allow members of incubation programs to book time with advisors and mentors in a 'self serve' manner.

Similarly, it allows advisors and mentors control over their availability.

Meeting Booker is a system implemented on behalf of the business incubator or accelerator program. An admin interface allows the establishment of authorised advisors and mentors, who may then make their schedules available for booking.

Members of an incubation program can self register and book time with those mentors and advisors, but only once they have been approved by an administration team. This allows an incubator to control access to authorised members only.

At this time, Meeting Booker is a tool used by SETsquared Bristol, and developed on their behalf by Parkview Consultants.
